Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping bag or box.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
